Join Caetano and discover the magic of eco-printing in this small-group, 1.5-hour workshop.
Eco-printing is where fresh botanicals are bundled with pretreated fabric and steamed to transfer beautiful flower prints onto the fabric. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to pretreat the fabric and create mesmerizing kaleidoscope and linear flower patterns using folding and tying techniques on an organic cotton bandana from our LENITA collaboration. With hands-on guidance, you’ll walk away with a one-of-a-kind creation.

Using pigments from foraged plants, home-grown flowers, and food scraps, he hand-dyes each piece to showcase the beauty of nature’s palette.
His unique combination of design and dyeing techniques produces one-of-a-kind wearable items that not only enchant with their vibrant hues but also carry a tale of craftsmanship and dedication.

Join Carrie Lau for a play and make handbuild class perfect for beginners; no prior experience needed.
All materials will be provided. You will have the option to choose between off-white clay and brown speckled clay. Basic white or clear speckles glazes will be provided to color your pieces by O-M Ceramics.
All the works will be colored and fired by O-M Ceramics. Please allow 3-4 weeks for all the pieces to be produced and available for pick up at Lenita.

Known for her playfully mindful designs, Carrie's work features modern, curvilinear forms, playful movement, and naturalistic tension. She explores how the creative process can lead to a mindful state and has collaborated with institutions and brands such as the Japanese American National Museum, A.P.C., Poketo, Garrett Leight, Hoxton Hotel, Matchesfashion x Frieze Art Fair, Modern Animal, YouTube, Insight L.A., and Slowdown Studio.
