LENITA SHOWCASE:

SIRI KAUR: SISTERMOON
MAY 26 – 31

Join us for a showcase exploring the work of artist Siri Kaur and Sistermoon, a photo book rooted in over 30 years of photographing her loved ones. Centering her youngest sister, Simran, Kaur combines her own photographs with images from her family archive to create an unconventional album, illustrating the cycles of life and transformation, whilst questioning who observes, who is seen and who belongs.

Siri Kaur is an artist, educator, and mother who examines identities that occupy dualities, diversity, and contradiction, with a rigorous eye for the photographic quality of magic. Originally from Maine, she lives in Los Angeles among lots of citrus trees.
